NEWMAN PERFORMANCE TERMS OF SERVICE
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment & Collection
All invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of completion unless prior arrangements have been made. If you do not pay, your bike does not leave the shop—no exceptions.
Collection of your motorcycle must also be completed within 7 days of notification unless you have contacted us and arranged an alternative pickup date.
If payment and collection are not made within the 7-day period, a daily storage fee of $25 will be applied. This must be paid in addition to your outstanding invoice before the bike is released.
Bikes left in the workshop for more than 6 months without communication and payment will be considered abandoned. Newman Performance reserves the right to sell the motorcycle to recover costs. It is in your best interest to sort your bill and collect your bike in a timely manner.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We take pride in our work and offer a 3-month guarantee on workmanship. If an issue arises related to our service within this period, we will assess and rectify it fairly and professionally.
We are an honest workshop, and if a problem occurs due to our work, we will always make it right. However, this guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to our service or caused by pre-existing problems, misuse, or neglect.
3. Parts & Special Orders
Any special-order parts must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable unless faulty.
Delays in parts supply are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
4. Liability
While all care is taken, Newman Performance is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of a motorcycle due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
It is the owner’s responsibility to have adequate insurance coverage.
5. Communication & Updates
We will notify you when your motorcycle is ready for collection. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details.
If you are unable to collect within the required timeframe, it is your responsibility to inform us and make arrangements.
By leaving your motorcycle with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Our goal is to provide quality service, clear communication, and fair policies to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.
